Who We Are
Rivers of Living Water is a Parish of Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), a global church movement with headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. Since our beginning in Sudbury, we have been committed to building a Christ-centred family in Northern Ontario.
Our History
RCCG Rivers of Living Water Sudbury, in October 2022, began as a fellowship (Jesus Family Fellowship) called House of Joy. We followed the guidance of the Holy Spirit, which is distinctive. This guidance came from God. God was quite clear about where and what He expected of us.
He desires a force of believers ready and eager to serve as His ambassadors in this day and age, shining their lights at all times.
Our Mission
We are to build a people that will not compromise or bend the standards of God in this generation and the next. Shine the light of the gospel into the hearts of everyone we come in contact with and ultimately, together, we make heaven.
Our Values
We value the presence of God in all our worship services and personal lives.
We value the desire to know God and please Him in every way possible. Desire to stay in His presence( in worship, prayer, and teaching of the word ). Phil3v10, Psalms 27v4,
We value forgiveness and reconciliation among brethren for love, joy, and happiness to take root in the body of Christ.
We value the study of the word of God and speak truth in love integrity in relationships, and all aspects of life.
